My first attempts at "Ribbon Critters" were a ladybug and this bumblebee. The crochet hat with shell stitching is cute too, but it's all about the finishing touches :)
Saturday morning I am hosting a table full of brightly colored, whimsical tutus (slideshow) at the 13th Annual Kids Kloset Sale in the Kidz Ink parking lot at 205 Talford Ct. (Odenton, MD). The market runs from 8:00am - 1:00pm.
Short notice, I know... but if you're bored and/or happen to be looking for kids' stuff, come on by and say HI!

Matched set of necklaces for Baltimore Mommy party door prize. I ran out of time to do something innovative, so fell back on a simple classic. Every girl deserves a pearl :)
( Tutu-taroo, Blueberry Lime )
Introducing the "and Crafts" portion of Zarobi Designs. I have a lot of tulle... there will be many more of these in the collection.
( Chain Gang )
The evolution of a pattern I've been fiddling with. And my first set of pics taken with the new light kit. From the warmth of my kitchen, and no wind to curse at.
As the season approaches, a touch of Christmas without the use of baubles or gaudy glitz. Some days, I like subtle.
( Surf Treasure )
More wire-wrapping fun with a bit of sea glass. Random bits of shell, stone, and glass decorate the wire like random beach treasures.
( Steam Pirate )
Another custom steampunk request. This time I actually dusted off my solder skills from electronics class (oh, so long ago). There are matching earrings, too.
( Autumn Breeze )
The signature piece I made to wear to my sister's wedding.
( Maelstrom )
Charity piece for the Arts for Arthritis Gala Auction. This piece evolved from the "Orient" necklaces I did a year ago. I couldn't find the asian coin set though, so this is what came out instead. Matching earrings, too.
( Fringe Element )
I found a new bracelet mannequin on clearance. I think I'm in love with it.
( Little Minnow )
Rory picked out some beads when we went shopping on Sunday, and from them I made for her this necklace and a matching bracelet. She has a good eye for beads.
( Green Tea )
One of two bracelets made for a mother/daughter set. I was quite pleased with how they came out, considering all I had in mind when I started was trying to find a way to use the fun little dangles somehow.
Oh, Mel! I found more of the dark green beads and can order the floral porcelain ones. You may have one of these as pictured :)
( Beach Royalty )
Jenna made a necklace! And it's gorgeous, of course :)
( Ammonautica )
Alex's Pennsic pendant. One of my first attempts with wire-wrapping. I'm rather pleased with the result.
( Red Daisy )
Jen's necklace, styled after a Red Daisy. This is the first time I've really worked with chip strands. It's tedious, but worth the effort.
Found a couple bracelets with these candy-like square beads on them. There's a green set like this blue one. Made them into necklaces and posted them to Etsy as part of my "Phase II" plan. Which is to step it up from just custom requests and start making a bunch of stuff to sell online.
( Night Eye )
My tattoo artist is awesome. This Sunday marks our last appointment for my cover-up project. I've made this for her as a thank-you. I sure hope she likes it.
